Telephone Receptionist/General Office Assistant
Should be comfortable answering multiple phone lines, taking written messages for different individuals, transferring calls, working with the public, speaking on a radio (walkie-talkie), and multi-tasking. Job includes some minor secretarial duties and working with other employees. Might also involve returning some phone calls and assisting with some human resources tasks.
Good telephone voice, pleasant demeanor, good people skills, ability to multitask, and general office experience helpful.
Hours are likely to change over time.
Prefer candidates who live near highlands close to I-70 & Sheridan
Initial training generally during the morning hours.
Must be at least 18 years old.
The successful applicant will be organized, tidy, punctual, reliable and able to perform general office/clerical duties and telephone answering.
